TICKETS, RETURNS AND SERVICE

Tickets

Admission tickets for Poppi’s events, experiences and tours are available on location and they are sold online via our website.

  • Our online ticket service is provided through a third party: Global Ticket b.v.
  • Ticket refunds are not possible in case of theft or loss. Refunds are also not possible if the customer is unable to attend the event.
  • Only in case of special (private) circumstances a person can be eligible for a refund. You can make a request for a refund via the Global Ticket b.v. support site (the address can be found on your ticket).
  • Rebooking an admission ticket to another date or time is possible via Global Tickets’ customer service (rebooking tool).

(Webshop) products

Our general  Terms and Conditions apply to all products that you buy in our webshop. This means that you have a 14-day cooling-off period with every purchase (right of withdrawal/cooling off period) and that you can cancel your purchase within that period, without stating reasons. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you can do so by filling in this form and emailing it to info@poppi.amsterdam stating: Return.

You have 14 days from the time of return notification to return the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging. For returns within the legal term, the full purchase price will be refunded. Costs of the original shipment will be borne by Poppi. For returning the order, the return costs (shipping costs) are for your account. We will credit the purchase amount within 14 days.

Certificates of shares

In the case of the purchase of Certificates of Shares via our webshop, a reflection period of 14 days also applies. After this period, you will receive a deed of delivery, after which the ownership is legally established. We request that customers who change their mind and wish to refrain from purchasing Certificates of Shares (within the legal term) to email us at stak@poppi.amsterdam.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME

Shipping costs

Poppi sends products via regular mail and charges fixed shipping rates. These are standard stated in the order form of our webshop. We do not charge shipping costs for products that are delivered digitally. In case of returns, the shipping costs will also be refunded to you.

Delivery time

A maximum delivery time of 10 working days applies to products from our webshop. We cannot influence delays caused by the postal services. Certificates of Shares are delivered after 14 days, once the customer’s cooling-off period has expired. 

COMPLAINTS

If you have any complaints about Poppi, our services or our products, please contact us via info@poppi.amsterdam. We are available Monday to Friday during office hours (9:00 am – 5:00 pm) on telephone number +31 020 6822660.

After submitting your complaint, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. After receiving your complaint, we will contact you within 14 days and we will try to find a solution to everyone’s satisfaction. If we need more time to handle your complaint, we will inform you.

You can also always contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk to which we are affiliated. They will then mediate.

From 15 February 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. If the complaint is not yet pending elsewhere, you are free to deposit the complaint via this European Union platform.
